Our signature engagement, from first concept to finished home. We shape the plan, the palette, and every material, furnishing, and custom detail — then run procurement and installation until the last shelf is styled and the house simply works.

FF&E Procurement
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment — sourced, quoted, ordered, tracked, received, and inspected through one accountable studio. Trade-only sources, honest lead times, and white-glove delivery, so nothing arrives late, damaged, or forgotten.
Available on its own or inside any full-service engagement.
03 · Turnkey
Furnishing & Styling
For homes that are built but not yet alive: furniture, rugs, lighting, art, and the layered final styling that makes a room feel collected over years rather than bought in a weekend. We install, steam, hang, and style — you walk into a finished home.
Best for new homes, second homes, and rooms missing their final layer.

Do you publish pricing?
No — Véla is an inquiry-only studio. Every proposal is scoped to the project after an introductory call, so you never pay for a package you don’t need. Share your budget range in the inquiry form and we’ll tell you honestly what it can do.
Where do you work?
Austin and Central Texas — Bouldin and the 78704, Westlake, Lake Travis, and the Hill Country — with select projects beyond for the right fit.
Do you design short-term rentals?
It’s a specialty. Founder Bailey Kimbell has hosted for nine years as a Superhost and was elevated to Airbnb Luxe in 2026 — our rentals are designed to book, earn, and photograph beautifully.
Can we experience a Véla interior before we start?

Do you handle purchasing, delivery, and installation?
End to end. FF&E procurement and project management are core services: we source, order, track, receive, and install every piece, finishing with a styled reveal.
